Results of the efficacy of FDA approved antiviral drugs on SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein

These results were obtained using the Vini in silico model of cancer in the period from March to December 2020. 

The efficacy of 49 FDA-approved antiviral drugs on SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein has analyzed with the Vini in silico model of cancer.
Based on the fact that HIV drugs showed the highest efficacy, the efficacy of their double and triple combinations was further calculated.
Finally, 10 most effective HIV drug combinations were finally examined on their possible adverse effects with Medscape and Lexicomp software.

Cobicistat-rilpivirine-abacivir combination was the only one to show no serious adverse effects.
